PWRD : engineered
Built different.
PWRD PrecisionFit Wheel Spacers are UK-engineered for long lasting perfection.
Aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminium, heat-treated for superior strength over cheaper 6000-series alternatives. We do not believe in cutting any corners when it comes to material grades.
CNC machined for exact fitment, Hubcentric design maintaining balance and wheel integrity while optimising unsprung weight.
Dimensions: 5 x 120
Black anodised coating provides lasting resistance to corrosion and road contaminants that your spacers will be exposed to.
Rear face cut-outs ensure effortless removal even after years of use.
Covered by our 24-month PWRD warranty for complete reassurance.

These PWRD 15mm, 18mm & 20mm spacers are hubcentric: that means they are machined with an alloy spigot in the middle to ensure precise wheel centering, maintaining the OE 64.1mm centre bore for correct fitment with both factory and aftermarket wheels, securely sitting over this hubcentric lip.
New wheel bolts and nuts are pre-installed to maintain the correct, safe stud-length once your new spacers are fitted.
The hubcentric lip allows for precise alignment with the wheel’s centre bore, making installation easier and reducing the likelihood of vibration caused by imbalance. It is strongly recommended by all experts to avoid using non-hubcentric spacers on performance vehicles - particularly critical given the weight and torque of a Tesla.

The PWRD Tesla Wheel Spacers are clever piece of design.
Unlike many cars, Teslas come with the original wheel studs pressed into their hub - and removing these studs is next to impossible. Yet, fitting conventional spacers over them risks making these studs too short for safety.
The PWRD spacers mount directly over these existing pressed-in wheel studs, then are super-securely bolted into place by re-using those original studs.
The remaining original stud length fits inside pockets in the reverse of the OE Tesla wheels, meaning no need for cutting the old studs down.
Now, the new studs, included with these spacers are then ready for your wheels to be bolted into place.

PWRD: Wheel Spacers
FAQ
Got questions? Maybe these answers can help:
Why fit spacers to my Tesla?
The overriding reason for most buyers is for aesthetics. By giving your wheels the desired offset needed to create the stance or look you desire, flush with your wheelarches, installing these spacers will give your car the tough, bold road presence it deserves.
For others, spacers are also vital for providing the additional clearance necessary to fit over bigger brake calipers or coilovers.
Is there anything else I need to install them?
No, nothing. All you need to order is two pairs of spacers - one for front, one for rear.
Included are the new wheel nuts, already pressed into the spacers.
Bolt them up, and you're done.
However, a really nice (and popular) upgrade to make at the same time is to go for our air suspension Lowering Links too. We offer these in a 'Stance Pack' bundle that saves you money when you buy together.
The combination of Spacers and Springs is the perfect look!
Do I need to cut down my original wheel studs?
No. Our spacers use the old, original studs to securely bolt the new PWRD spacer into place.
The original wheel studs stay exactly where they are, and protrude slightly into the 'pockets' on the rear of the factory wheel.
However, if you are using aftermarket wheels, which may not have the Tesla-style pockets in the reverse of the wheel then you may have to cut down the original studs to ensure that the wheel mounts completely flush with the hub.
What does 'PrecisionFit' mean?
It's our sub-brand to demonstrate our assurance that the spacers we are selling are of the perfect offset for your Tesla.
It removes the guesswork from choosing spacers - go for our PrecisionFit brand, and you can be safe in the knowledge that these widths will give you the perfect blend of wheel-arch-filling appearance, yet the wheels will not stick out beyond the arches nor rub against the wheelarches.
Of course, we offer the spacers in different widths, so if you do want to go your own way, it's not problem!
What wheels will these fit with?
These spacers have been designed to work with Tesla OE factory alloys - of any dimensions. That's how we've determined our PrecisionFit perfect widths.
Go with different, aftermarket wheels and everything changes! You may have different rim widths, or different offsets on your new wheels. That's no reason not to fit our spacers, but you may need to work out your own optimum widths.
But the most important factor is the 'pockets' cut into the rear face of the Tesla OE alloy wheels. This is where the original factory studs get their clearance, and is therefore crucial for fitment. If your chosen wheels don't have these pockets, you'll have to cut down the original wheel studs.

What about warranty?
We are entirely confident in PWRD springs, which are backed by our own 24 Month Product Warranty, ensuring lasting quality and confidence.
If your Tesla is still under manufacturers warranty, please be aware that fitting aftermarket parts may affect the Tesla terms and conditions - although only for those mechanical elements relating to the fitment of our products.
Naturally, Tesla’s warranty applies only to its own components and repairs - they don’t supply or warranty non-Tesla parts. However, your Tesla warranty remains in place for all unrelated systems and components.
